Safety Precautions

1. Pre-Operation Checks

- Check the hydraulic oil level and whether the handle is lifted and lowered smoothly without oil leakage;

- Confirm that the fork has no cracks or deformation, and the wheel rotates flexibly without jamming;

- The pallet size must match the Fork length, overloading or eccentric loading is strictly prohibited.

2. Operating Guidelines

- Keep the center of gravity of the cargo in the middle during transportation, and do not allow single fork to be stressed;

- When pulling the vehicle body backwards downhill, the operator should always be behind the vehicle body;

- When hydraulic lifting, personnel should stay away from the fork lifting area.

3. Maintenance & Storage

- Lubricate the bearings and hydraulic rods every month, and replace the seals regularly (recommended once a year);

- Release the hydraulic pressure when not in use for a long time, and lower the fork to the lowest position;

- Avoid parking on slopes, slippery or uneven surfaces.

4. Prohibited Actions

- ❌ Carrying people or using it as a climbing tool;

- ❌ Overloading, side-pulling or hitting obstacles;

- ❌ Removing the safety valve or modifying the hydraulic system.
