Safety Precautions

1. Pre-Operation Checks

- Make sure the chain is not twisted, cracked or rusted. Do not use damaged chains;

- Check whether the hook, gear set and brake are flexible and reliable;

- Make sure the load does not exceed the rated load. Do not overload.

2. Operating Guidelines

- Keep the lifting vertical to avoid oblique pulling or shaking;

- Wear protective gloves during operation and do not place the body under the load;

- If there is abnormal resistance during lifting, stop immediately and check the cause.

3. Maintenance & Storage

- Lubricate the chain and gears regularly (recommended once a month);

- Clean the surface during long-term storage, apply anti-rust oil, and place in a dry and ventilated place;

- Conduct professional safety inspections every 12 months.

4. Prohibited Actions

- ❌ Modify or remove safety devices;

- ❌ Lift flammable and explosive items or human bodies;

- ❌ Use in severe weather such as lightning, strong winds, etc.
