Safety Precautions

1. Pre-Operation Checks

- Check whether the surface of the lifting belt has cuts, burns, or chemical corrosion marks;

- Confirm that the label is complete. It is strictly forbidden to use products with faded, blurred, or missing labels;

- Ensure that the center of gravity of the load is balanced, and the angle of multi-limb lifting belts is ≤90°.

2. Operating Guidelines

- Avoid contact between the lifting belt and sharp edges, and use corner guards when necessary;

- Do not knot, drag or force through narrow gaps;

- Apply force slowly during lifting to prevent sudden impact and breakage.

3. Environmental Restrictions

- ❌ Do not use in strong acid, strong alkali or high-temperature molten metal environments;

- ❌ Avoid long-term exposure to ultraviolet rays (protective bags are required for outdoor storage);

- ❌ Dry thoroughly after use in humid environments.

4. Maintenance & Disposal Standards

- Clean regularly with clean water, do not use chemical solvents;

- Discard immediately in the following situations:

- Broken sutures or exposed core fibers;

- Local hardening, embrittlement or loss of elasticity;

- Deformation in the length direction exceeds 10%.
